The purpose of register
Register is used to maintain the customer service and development only digitally in company´s own NP Housukauppa stores and www.housukauppa.fi service.
Personal data is handled only permitting and obliging by law for better customer service, possession and development, analysis and statistics. Customer data included in the register can be used only for registrar own products and services development and marketing.
Customer has right to prohibit use of personal data for marketing by informing it to Naisten Pukutehdas Oy by phone to customer service phone number 03-523411 or by letter to address: Naisten Pukutehdas Oy, 15860 Hollola, or by email to address: info@npco.fi, or by recording mark in Housukauppa.fi customer page which prohibit the marketing or when visiting company´s own stores.

Collector of register do not hand over the information for any other use.
Due to the technical implementation of data processing part of the information can be located outside in supplier´s server or facilities where information is handled with the help of technical access. Personal data is not transferred in outside of Europe Union or European economic area unless it is necessary for service´s technical implementation.
Customer has the right to hand over their own trouser profile (Trouser ID) to the named person. Registrar always separately ask permission from the customer to hand over the information and customer can cancel the permission and use of information.
Protection of register
Information is collected to the database which is protected with firewall, passwords and other technical means. Databases and those safety copies are located in locked and secured places and access to the data is only given for beforehand named persons. Each sales associate has own personal access code and password to the system.
Right of review
All the registered persons have right adequate on personal data law 26§ to know what information has been stored to the personal register from them. Request for inspection need to be sent by letter and signed to the address:
