Naisten Pukutehdas Oy Online store prices include always the current and valid VAT. Prices do not include delivery fees. Delivery fees are determined by the customer´s chosen delivery way. 

Naisten Pukutehdas Oy reserves all the rights canceling the order if there is a obvious price mistake Online. The price mistake is also obvious if the product price is, for example, 0,89 euros. In this kind of cases the price mistake is so exceptional that customers should understand the mistake.

Naisten Pukutehdas Oy handles and delivers all the orders on the order of arrival. Delivery time is normally 1-3 weekdays from receiving order. Naisten Pukutehdas Oy is not responsible for any possible damages which has been caused by the delivery delay. If the ordered product has been sold out we contact you by email or phone.  
The orders are delivered by Posti. 
We do not deliver abroad at the moment. 
At the moment we are offering free deliveries for the orders.

Exchange and return right

Online products have full right of exchange and return 14 days after the products are received. Return concerns only products not used or harmed. Price and possible other labels need to be in place. Return is free. 

Products are returned as Posti´s customer service return well packed.  You need to add return form to the package or record it Online. Delivery fees are same regardless how many products you have ordered.  For that reason delivery fees are not refunded even if you are returning only part of the products. 

We try to find you a replacement product if you have received a faulty product. If we cannot replace faulty product, you will get a full product price as refund. 
If customer wants to change product size or colour, delivery fees are not charged. If customer wants to change the whole product for another, it will be handled as an new order and delivery fees are charged.

Complaint and consumerism

If customer gets faulty or mistakenly shipped product, product need to be send back to Naisten Pukutehdas Oy as customer service return. Detailed instructions for return are above.  Naisten Pukutehdas Oy follows in all the actions the recommendations from consumer authorities.


Naisten Pukutehdas Oy takes full responsibility for all the personal data which the customer informs us or what we have received through orders. Naisten Pukutehdas Oy does not disclose any personal data for third parties. 


Naisten Pukutehdas Oy is not liable on the damages to the customer, except if company´s liability insurance covers damage and issuer of insurance accept the compensation in the case. Except in the case described above, responsibility is limited only for specific product or products and the amount is at most the same as purchase price. Naisten Pukutehdas Oy is not liable for consequential damages.  

Force majeure

In Force majeure -situation obligations towards Naisten Pukutehdas Oy ends. If Force majeure -situation last over 2 months, has both User and Naisten Pukutehdas OY right to terminate the contract without liability for damages. 
Force majeure -obstacles are considered situations like labor struggle, illness of staff, transport disruption and import or export prohibition whether or not is the prohibition in company or company´s suppliers.
